How does it work?

Purchase a 2026 High Tech Tax Level Up Software Plan, Complete registration, receive login credentials for your office and bank, start preparing returns, receive weekly payouts as tax prep fees are disbursed. EROs funds come directly to you from banking partner. Start preparing tax returns the same day, if all requirements are satisfied by 6:30 pm EST, Monday-Saturday (Dec-June).

What do I need to sign up for a software partnership plan?

Basic personal information,

PTIN in active status,

Government issued ID/Driver's License,

a mobile device/laptop/desktop with internet connection

payment for plan (if applicable).

How do I apply for a PTIN?

visit https://rpr.irs.gov/ptin First you must create an account. Go to the online PTIN system and click on “Create Account” under the “New User” option. Follow the prompts to complete the account setup process and obtain a temporary password. Then use your User ID and temporary password to login to the system. Your User ID is the email address you used when you created your account. You will be prompted to change your password upon logging in for the first time. Once logged in, if you have a social security number, you must select: “Sign Up with SSN.” Follow the prompts to apply for the calendar year or prior years, and obtain a PTIN. Apply and pay $18.75 PTIN fee.

What compliance documents are required to be submitted for transmission?

Basically, any demographics documents,

income documents, or any other documents used to prepare the tax return should be uploaded into the client's file such as:

Copy of taxpayer Driver's License

Copy of taxpayer Social Security card

Copy of Social Security card for each dependent

Copy of Income documents (any that are applicable)

W-2

form1099

Schedule C declaration

Copy of any other documents used to file taxes

Mortgage Interest Statement

Childcare Expense Statement

Student Loan Interest

Tuition Fees

Client Application with Signature

Consent to Use form with Signature

E-file Authorization with Signature

Consent to Disclose Taxpayer Information with Signature (all signatures are electronic through the software)

Will I receive CPE credits with training provided?

No, the self-paced training does not include CPE credits, but we DO offer a self-paced course thru an accredited IRS school that you may earn CPE credits if interested .

When and how do I get paid?

EFIN owners receive payments directly from the banking partner to their bank accounts. PTIN holders receive payment within one week after the client's tax refund is disbursed. PTIN holders receive payment in the form of ACH deposit to the account of choice.
